Im letzten gr\u00f6\u00dferen Ort Palas de Rei h\u00e4tte ich Gesellschaft gehabt, aber ich bin gerne allein. Das mit der interkulturellen Kommunikation \u00fcbe ich ein andermal.<br \/>\nDen Tag \u00fcber noch nichts gegessen, hab erstaunlicherweise kaum Hunger. Am Abend mach ich mir dann aber doch wieder so eine H\u00fchnersuppe mit Wurstscheiben und K\u00e4se. Ich hab sonnst Sorgen, dass sich auch Muskeln abbauen!<br \/>\nMein K\u00f6rper scheint sich nun wirklich an das Laufen gew\u00f6hnt zu haben. Ich bin heute von 8:30 &#8211; 19:00 gelaufen, ohne Pause etwa 40km und ohne Probleme.
