Meditation und eine Yogastunde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach dem Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck nehme ich mir diesmal ein Pickme &#8211; Motorroller \ud83d\ude42 Da sehe ich viel mehr von der Landschaft, hab aber keine Hand frei um die Route zu verfolgen. Er gibt mir viele Anregungen f\u00fcr die Meditation. Er spricht ( f\u00fcr mich ?) ein einfaches Englisch mit vielen Bildhaften Wiederholungen, die es einfach machen, zu verstehen was er meint. In seinem Garten hat er sich eine Huti &#8211; Meditationsh\u00fctte unter einem Felsen gebaut. Dort Meditieren wir etwa 20 Minuten. In drei Stunden h\u00e4lt er ausw\u00e4rts eine Yoga-Stunde und l\u00e4d mich ein einfach kostenfrei mit zu machen \ud83d\ude42<br>So bleibe ich einfach noch und Meditiere 108 Gayatri-Mantren und n\u00e4he noch meine kaputte H\u00fcfttasche. Ich k\u00f6nnte dann in seinem G\u00e4stezimmer schlafen. Allerdings w\u00e4re das nur morgens und abends eine Einheit. Und er h\u00e4tte auch noch andere Kurse zu geben. Ich bin einverstanden \ud83d\ude42 Die letzten 4 Tage nach Nilambe \ud83d\ude42<br>Wir fahren auf seinem Motorrad eine halbe Stunde wieder quer durch Kandy in eine sehr sch\u00f6ne, gr\u00fcne Wellnessunterkunft f\u00fcr die Yoga-Stunde. Es macht nur eine Franz\u00f6sin noch mit. Seine Stunde ist sehr gut. Abends macht er etwas entspannter. Konzentriert und pr\u00e4zise. Viele \u00c4hnlichkeiten aber auch viel neues ist dabei. Ich lerne viel von Ihm. Zum Abschied gebe ich ihm einen Vorschuss auf das Retreat von 5000Rs &#8211; 15 \u20ac<br>Es sind von hier nur 40 Minuten zu Fu\u00df zu meiner Unterkunft, und obwohl es chon dunkelt und regnet, genie\u00dfe ich den Spaziergang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duschen W\u00e4sche waschen wie jeden Abend. Es sind in dem anderen Zimmer zwei junge deutsche Backpacker angekommen.
